- Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or remotely as agreed by the parties.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
Product Safety and Usage
MeMoreCool products are designed and manufactured with safety in mind. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Our children's furniture products are intended for use by children aged 3 and above, under adult supervision.
- Products must be used in accordance with the included instructions and care guidelines.
- Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using our products.
- MeMoreCool is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from product misuse, modification, or failure to follow safety instructions.
- In the event of a product recall, we will notify affected customers via email and provide instructions for remediation.
