MeMoreCool 1-Year Limited Warranty

Every MeMoreCool play couch, fold-out sofa, floor mattress and pouf comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. We build our products for years of jumping, building and napping — and we stand behind them.

What's Covered

• Seams that split under normal use
• Zippers that fail under normal use
• Foam that does not expand to its full shape within 7 days of unboxing
• Glow prints that stop glowing under normal use and care

What's Not Covered

• Stains, cuts, burns, or damage from pets
• Normal softening of foam over time
• Damage from misuse, outdoor use, or commercial use
• Products past the 1-year warranty period

How to Make a Claim

Email support@memorecool.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 1 business day. If it's our defect, we repair, replace, or refund — our job is to make it right.
