1. General Terms
Our top priority at memorecool.com is the satisfaction of our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.
2. Refunds
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
2.1. The customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.
2.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
2.3. The product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.5. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
2.6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
3.1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3.2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Non-returnable Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
5. Exchange

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [hello@memorecool.com].

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Large Item Returns
For large items such as sofas and furniture, please contact us at hello@memorecool.com before shipping your return. We will provide you with specific return shipping instructions and may arrange for a pickup service in certain areas.
